Shipping policy
We at kay By SaArch know how important it is to receive your purchased products on time and in the finest condition. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in perfect condition, and always on time, as promised by our customer care executive, or on the website. Below are some more shipping related points:

1. Each order will be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of the payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall do so by placing multiple orders.

2. We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 2-3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases, it takes longer, up to 5 or more working days, to ship the order as the product may have to be procured by the seller where there is a heavy demand.

3. Orders are shipped out on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

4. Please examine the product at the time on delivery, to verify if the packaging is tampered or damaged. If the product is not in the ideal condition, please refuse the collection of the package, and call our customer service number at +91 70162 94039 (10:00 a.m to 7:00 pm/6 days a week), or write to us on hello@kay-india.com mentioning your order reference number and details. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

5. Please note, all the orders placed on the Kay By SaArch website are shipped with an invoice. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may call our customer service number at +91 70162 94039 (10:00 a.m to 7:00 pm/6 days a week), or write an email to hello@kay-india.com mentioning your order reference number.
Cancellation:
Orders once placed can be cancelled on the same day before the product gets dispatched by reaching out to our customer experience team at +91 70162 94039 or email at hello@kay-india.com . If the cancellation request is received after the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation & Refund can also be initiated by Kay By SaArch team if the delivery address is not serviceable by our courier partners.
Please note:
In case of cancellation, the full amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
